Overview

A rare wine that carries with it the rich history of winemaking from Roseworthy Agricultural College.  An average age of over 25 years in barrel then meticulously blended before bottling.  Amber in colour with faint olive green edges. Ultra-concentrated aromatics of preserved figs, dark caramel and burnt citrus. Complex, intense and luscious.
