Overview

A fortified three pack that includes the Waite Liqueur Sweet, Muscat and Tawny.  

Liqueur Sweet White -375 mL - a rare wine that carries with it the rich history of winemaking from Roseworthy Agricultural College.  An average age of over 20 years in barrel then meticulously blended before bottling.  Amber in colour with faint olive green edges. Ultra-concentrated aromatics of preserved figs, dark caramel and burnt citrus. Complex, intense and luscious.

Waite Tawny - 375 mL - Average age of 10 years from fruit grown on the Waite Campus.  A deep russet in colour with a bright garnet edge. Bright aromas of red cherry and almonds with notes of toffee and vanilla. Mouth-filling, peppery spice with a touch of marmalade.

Waite Muscat - 375 mL - Average age of 10 years. Made from Muscat varieties from the Waite Campus vineyard.  Generous and silky palate with flavours of baked ginger biscuits, preserved dates, sweet sultanas and a complex nuttiness.
