Overview
350mL. Reviving the Roseworthy tradition, our brandy is sourced from Semillon grapes grown in the Waite’s Coombe Vineyard. It was then fermented in the Campus’ Winery and distilled in the custom, single-pot copper still.
First aged in small oak casks and then finished in our 10-year-old Muscat barrels. It is an evolving collaboration between Staff and Students with revenue supporting the education of the next generation of viticulturists, winemakers and distillers.
