Overview

500 mL. A traditional London Dry style gin handcrafted and distilled in the Waite Campus winery and distillery.  An array of Waite sourced botanicals are infused through this juniper-forward, classic gin.  The supporting notes of spice and citrus botanicals include coriander, Alverstoke orchard citrus peel, Waite lemon myrtle, angelica and cassia root.  Sales from this gin support the education of the next generation of Australia's viticulturalists, winemakers and distillers.
